While having a telephone conversation, you can:

Description
Click the FLASH button to disconnect the line for
five seconds to answer call waiting (when available
from your telephone company), or to transfer the
call (in a multiple line telephone system).
Click the MENU button and select Manual Fax
Receive to receive a fax while online.
After the Communication Center makes the
connection, click the VIDEO PHONE button on the
Main screen to use the Video Phone. Click the
VIDEO PHONE button to disconnect the video
connection. For more information, see “Using
Video Phone” on page 100.
Click the HANGUP button to finish the
conversation.
Click the MESSAGE button, then click the REC
button on the Messages screen. (There may be legal
limitations on recording conversations.)
Adjust the VOL slider.
Click the MESSAGE button, select the message you
want to play, then click the PLAY button on the
Messages screen (or double-click this message).
Drag and drop a file onto the Communication
Center interface and select Send as Data. This
feature works only if the other party’s computer
has a DSVD-capable modem and is running an
application that is capable of receiving data files.
Click the MUTE button when you need temporary
privacy. To restore audio transmission, click the
MUTE button again.
