Timer Activated Playing

By connecting a commercially available timer, disc play of the desired play mode

can be started at any desired time.

Connect the timer to the piayer and power
on the timer.

Power on the player and insert a disc in the
player.

Set a desired play mode.

(e.g. continuous play, program play, shuffle play,
repeat play, etc.)

Set the timer to a desired play start time.

Set TIMER to PLAY position.

OFF PLAY

Play will start at the registered time.

Keep the POWER switch depressed on the player

When the timer is set, the power of the piayer wili be cut

off.

However, be sure to leave the POWER switch on.

When the timer-activated play ends

Be sure to set TIMER to OFF. If the TIMER switch is left

at PLAY, the player wili automatically start playing the next
time the power is turned on.

To play in the program play mode

Make a program bank (page 36) and then prepare for timer

activated playing.

If you select the custom index play mode
Play begins from custom index 1.
