Locating a Specific Track
You can quicklv locate

To pause playing at the beginning of a track
Turn AV1S (or press or ►►!) after pausing playback.
To go quickly to the beginning of the last track
Turn AMS c()unterck>ckwise (c^r press ) while the display
shows the total track number and total disc playing time (see
page 13).
Locating a Particular Point in a
Track
You can also use
MM
and ►► to k>cate a particular
point in a track while playing an Mid or during
playback pause.
To locate a point
Press
While monitoring the
►► (forward) or (backward)
sound
and keep pressing until you find
the point

Notes
• If the di.se reaches the end while you are pressing ►► duriiig
playback pau.se, "OVF.K” appears in the display. Press
(or ) or turn AVIS counterclockwi.'-e t(^ go back.
• If the disc reaches the end while you are pressing ►► during
sound monitoring, the recorder stops.
• Tracks that are iinly a few seconds long may be too short to
scan using the search function. For such tracks, it is better to
play the VID at normal speed.
'Q' When you directly locate a track with a number over

is a 3-digit track number.
