The ignition must be turned OFF before installation.
1 Remove the main seat and the passenger seat.
2 Remove the fuel tank.
The installation can be done without removing the fuel tank, but it may make the
installation easier by doing so.
3 Using the supplied velcro, secure the Juice Box Pro to the inner rear fender behind
the air box as shown in Figure A.
Make sure to clean both surfaces with the alcohol swab before attaching.
4 Route the harness towards the front of the bike along the left hand frame tube.
5 Unplug the stock wiring harness from each of the four injectors.
Note:Figure B only shows the #3 and #4 injector. You will need to also remove the
harness from the #1 and #2 injector.
6 Attach the Juice Box Pro wiring harness to the stock harness and the injectors as
shown in Figure C.
• orange wire connects to cylinder #1 (left)
• yellow wire connects to cylinder #2
• green wire connects to cylinder #3
• blue wire connects to cylinder #4 (right)
