Installation Instructions
7. Attach the TBR header assembly using OEM hardware
and gaskets. Leave loose for now.
8. Attach supplied muffler mounting bracket using two
OEM bolts and two 6mm flange nuts (provided).
9. Install barrel clamp and O2 adaptor onto slip-tube.
10. Apply thin layer of anti-seize to slip-tube and attach to
muffler using supplied hook springs.
11. Slide muffler/slip-tube assembly into position on header
pipe.
12. Apply small amount of anti-seize to O2 sensor threads
and install O2 sensor into head pipe.

all instructions first before starting installation. Make sure the vehicle and
exhaust system are completely cool before starting the installation. Also, make
sure the vehicle is secure on a center stand or ideally a service lift during
installation. Be sure to save all stock components for possible use later.
1. Make sure the bike is completely cool before starting
the installation. Make sure the bike is secure on the side
stand or ideally a rear service stand.
2. Remove O2 sensor from OEM header pipe.
3. Loosen head pipe hardware.
4. Remove foot peg mounting bolts and retain assembly out
of way to gain access to muffler mount.
5. Remove muffler mounting bolts.
6. Remove OEM exhaust assembly.
