To change the default settings on the operator panel:
Turn on the printer. 1.
Change the operator panel settings. 2.
Use the Arrow buttons to scroll to the MAINTENANCE, and then press the Select button . 3.
Use the Arrow buttons to scroll to the Set Defaults, and then press the Select button . 4.
Use the Arrow buttons to scroll to the Use Current, and then press the Select button .
The current settings on the operator panel are saved as the new default settings.

Restoring Factory Default Settings
Menu settings marked with an asterisk (*) indicate the active settings. You can restore the original printer
settings, often referred to as the factory default settings.
Make sure the printer is on. 1.
