e. If some of the analytes need to be removed from the Selected
list, highlight them and select Remove. If desired, it is possible to
rename the panel by clicking on Rename Panel and entering a
new panel name.
3. Click Format Plate and format the plate according to the plate layout
template (located at the back of the manual) created for the assay. To
modify the plate layout, follow the steps below (see Figure 4).
a. Select the Plate Formatting tab.
b. Select the standards icon

wells that contain standards. Repeat this process for blanks
