Description:
Sets the output power of the transceiver. A setting of 10 is approximately 1 W
of output power in a Plus-style radio.

Normal - Use for normal transceiver operation.

Diagnostic - Use to qualitatively gauge signal strength in Point-to-Point
mode. In Point-to-Point operation, a Transmit Rate of Diagnostic should
be used only as a diagnostic tool and not for normal operation.
Description:
When set to Diagnostics, the transceivers transmits back and forth
continuously, whether or not the transceivers have received any actual
data.The strength of the signal may be gauged by the Clear to Send (CTS)
LED. A solid red CTS LED indicates a strong signal; a blinking CTS LED
indicates a weaker signal.
