Install Chains
Refer to Figure 12
35. Select one new:
113-898D CHAIN 1/4 COIL HI TEST 115 IN
and one each:
802-099C HHCS 1/2-13X3 1/4 GR5
and one:
803-019C NUT LOCK 1/2-13 PLT
Connect the final link on one end of the chain to
the center plates of the lift arm , using the
bolt and lock nut .
Note: It may be necessary to raise and support the third
marker section to complete the next step.
36. Select one each:
802-041C HHCS 1/2-13X3 1/2 GR5
803-019C NUT LOCK 1/2-13 PLT
Connect the final link on the other end of the
chain
to the inboard end of the level link
tube , using the bolt and lock nut .
Install Valves
See page 22 for hydraulic fitting torque values.
Install Selector Valve
Configure Selector Valve
Refer to Figure 13 (when installed, the handle is on top {Up}
and the center {EL} ports will be to the Left)
37. Select one new:
810-274C DOUBLE SELECTOR VALVE 3/4FORB
and two new:
811-171C EL 3/4MORB 9/16MJIC
Install the two elbows in the center ports, with
MJIC ends oriented toward what will be the Front
when the valve is installed on the tongue.
