Pull Marker Tongue Hoses
47. Select two new:
841-953C HH3/8R1 468 3/4MORB 9/16FJIC
Mark one of these hoses at each end. This hose is
the base/extend
hose.
Affix the MORB ends of each hose to the fish line,
leaving the existing fold hose affixed as well. Pull all
three hoses back through the tongue to the hitch.
Connect Marker Hoses at Selector
Refer to Figure 18
48. Connect the marked base/extend
hose
to the
lower front FORB port of the selector valve
.
49. Connect the other hose
to the upper front FORB
port of the selector valve
.
Remove Adaptors with QDs
Refer to Figure 19 (handles previously removed)
High Pressure Fluid Hazard:
Wear gloves and eye protection. Open hydraulic line
connections carefully. These lines will contain oil, and it may
be under pressure if step 2 (page 2) was not followed, or
hydraulic power has been used since that step. Use paper or
cardboard to check for high pressure spray, NOT BODY
PARTS. If an accident occurs, seek immediate medical
attention from a physician familiar with this type of injury.
Note: Have a bucket handy for controlling oil drain.
50. Carefully crack the connection at the NPT fittings.
Remove and save both:
811-919C AD 3/4MORB 3/4FORB (HG)
along with their attached QD couplers. Do not
remove the QD couplers.
Connect Fold Hoses to Selector
Refer to Figure 20
51. Connect the existing base/extend
fold hose
to
the lower rear port of the selector valve
.
52. Connect the existing rod/retract
fold hose
the upper rear port of the selector valve
