Mount Sequence Valve
Refer to Figure 16
43. Select the configured:
810-422C VALVE,SEQ SHOEMAKER HI FLO
and two sets new:
802-014C HHCS 3/8-16X3/4 GR5
804-013C WASHER LOCK SPRING 3/8 PLT
Locate the mount bracket at the rear of the
tongue. Orient the sequence valve with ports 1 and 2
facing forward and the tapped
3 ⁄
8
-16 holes facing
down. Secure the valve to the mount with the
bolts
and lock washers . Tighten only to
Grade 2 torque.
Install Hoses
Prepare Existing Fold Hitch Hoses
Remove Hose Handles
Refer to Figure 17
44. Locate the existing fold circuit hoses
.
These have gray hose handles ( and ).
Mark each hose as Base/Extend or
Rod/Retract , based on the symbols on the hose
handles.
45. Remove and save one set each:
841-540C HG HANDLE - GRAY EXT
841-541C HG HANDLE - GRAY RET
Pull a Fish Line
46. Connect a strong fish line to one of the existing fold
hoses. Pull the hose and line from the rear end of the
tongue.
