40 or 50 amp PCB Removal and Installation
1. Remove the four screws (one in each corner) of the smaller 40 or 50 amp PCB to the right of the Main PCB. Set
the screws aside for reattachment later.

2. Following proper static discharge precautions, locate the new 40 or 50 amp PCB and install in the same orienta-
tion as the one removed. Torque screws to 16-18 in. Lbs. Do not over tighten.
Capacitor PCB Installation
Following proper static discharge precautions
1. Position the power supply on its side so the main PCB’s are in a relatively flat orientation. This is to help keep
the Insulating sheet in place until the Capacitor PCB can be attached.
2. Locate the Insulating sheet included in the kit. This is a thin paper like or plastic type material with a number
of holes and slots. Position it on the 40 or 50 amp PCB with all mounting standoffs showing through the holes
and slots. See illustration below.
