a. Place strut/coil assembly in spring com-
pressor and compress spring enough to re-
lieve tension from strut.
b. With tension on strut relieved remove nut
from top of strut.
c. Carefully slide strut out from center of coil.
d. Note direction of bump stop and coil seat
and slide rubber shock bump stop and coil
seat off of OE strut to be reused on new kit
strut.
e. Install kit bushings & sleeve into new
strut using a lithium grease if not prein-
stalled.
