2. Use a hobby knife and #11 blade to remove the

material from between each cylinder of the dummy

motor.

3. Locate the 6mm x 42mm carbon tube. Follow

the instructions included with the motor to glue

(using RTV silicone) the motor to the motor tube. Be

careful not to get glue inside the motor bearing.

4. Use medium grit sandpaper to roughen the

outside of the carbon tube so the CA used to glue it

in the fuselage has a surface to attach to.

5. Mount the speed control using two-sided tape

to the front of the fuselage as shown below. Route

the servo lead back to the receiver and plug it into

the throttle port of the receiver. Use a tie wrap (not

included) to keep the wires from interfering with the

operation of the motor.

Leave the tie-wrap loose so the wires from the speed

control can be moved when installing the motor.

6. Connect the wires from the motor to the

appropriate wires of the speed control.
