 8. Use 6-minute epoxy to glue the fin to the fuselage.
 9. Use painter's tape to keep the fin in position and
square to the stabilizer while the epoxy cures. You may
use rubbing alcohol and paper towels to clean up any
squeeze out during this procedure.
 10. Use a felt-tipped pen to trace the outline of the of the
skid on the bottom of the stabilizer.
 11. Use a hobby knife with a new #11 blade to
remove the covering from inside the lines drawn in
the previous step.
