Problem Cause Remedy
Marked rise in pres-
sure Conductivity detector
blocked. (see Chapter 4, page 14)
￭ Shorten capillary ends by several mm .
￭ Rinse detector against the normal flow
direction.
Conductivity detec-
tor is not recognized
in the software No connection. ￭ Check the connection of the detector
cable.
￭ Switch the instrument off and on again
(after 15 seconds).
