Starting the sample determination
1 Start the determination by pressing the [Start] key on the KF titrator.
2 Use both hands to move the guide head of the 860 KF Thermoprep
upward while pressing the fixing lever.
Refer to the illustrations on pages 31 ff.
3 Remove the blank from the oven with the crimping tongs.
Note
Caution! The vessel is hot.
4 Place the sample vessel into the oven using the crimping tongs.
5 Use both hands to move the guide head downward and insert the
needle into the sample vessel.
Waiting for the determination
1 Wait until the determination is finished. Conditioning will then be
resumed automatically.
2 Repeat the determination with the next blank.
