TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM CAUSE REMEDY
Double sheets feed into Orange tab is set too high or Adjust orange tab "-" or turn first
sucker wheel. vacuum adjustment too high. knob on delivery CCW.
Jam occurs at exit. Paper is caught in the lower anti-static Move magnets on frame
rope or pull out tires mispositioned. so rope is not in the paper path or
reposition pull out tires.
Batch count incorrect, too many Double sheets fed into machine. Adjust orange tab"-" or turn first
sheets are being folded. knob on delivery CCW.
Adjust pot on sensor CCW
unitl second led lights only for
paper on top of table.
Sensor "seeing" past the table and
counting the same sheet twice.

Ususally a bad paper jam.
Turn machine to "Off" using
the bottom left switch. Allow
power to discharge for at least 20
seconds and then restart the
machine.
Paper runs in continuous
mode but single sheet mode is
selected.
Misalignment of the input
sensor.
The input sensor's beam
should aim straight through the
hole in the feed table. Loosen the
hardware securing the bar or twist
bar slightly to re-aim into the hole.
