One-Touch Dialling/
Speed-Dialling

If it is not illuminated in
green, press
( Fax ).

the number you want to call.

Press Search/Speed
Dial , press # , and then
press the two-digit
Speed-Dial number.

Press Mono Start or
Colour Start .

Dial , and then enter the first
letter of the name you’re
looking for.

Press ( Copy ) to
illuminate it in green.

To dial a One-Touch
number that is shown in a
black square on the control
panel, hold down
Shift as
you press the One-Touch
