Installing a Line RC Suppressor
PCB
Use this procedure to install the line RC suppressor PCB:
1. Position the line RC suppressor PCB inside the unit.
2. Snap the PCB onto the standoffs.
3. Connect all power and ground wiring to the line RC suppressor PCB.
4. Dispose of the removed part according to your company’s procedures
and local ordinances.
5. Install any Lexan guards that were removed.
Removing a Line RC
Suppressor Fuse
Use this procedure to remove the fuse:
1. Remove all Lexan guards that shield the fuse.
2. Use a suitable tool to pull the fuse out of fuseblock.
Installing a Line RC Suppressor
Fuse
Use this procedure to install the fuse:
1. Verify that the fuse is rated at 25A and is of the KTKR type.
2. Use the "fuse-puller" tool to press the fuse into place.
Note: Rejection type fuses can only be installed one way.
3. Install any Lexan guards that were removed.
4. Dispose of the removed part according to your company’s procedures
and local ordinances.
