When to Install the O-ring on the
SpeedTec-ready DIN Motor/Actuator Connector
See Kinetix® Motion Accessories Specifications Technical Data, publication GMC-TD004 , for a
circular DIN-connector compatibility overview.
IMPORTANT If you are using a SpeedTec-ready DIN motor/actuator connector with a threaded DIN (M4) cable
plug, install the O-ring on the motor/actuator connector before connecting the M4 cable plug.

Do not install the O-ring on the SpeedTec-ready DIN motor/actuator
connector when you are using the SpeedTec DIN (M7) cable plugs.

continuous-flex feedback cables.
• 2090-CP xM7DF-xxAxxx standard and
continuous-flex power/brake cables.

and power cables.
• 2090-C xxM4DF-xxAFxx continuous-flex
feedback, power, and power/brake cables.
Install the O-ring on the SpeedTec-ready DIN motor/actuator
connector when you are using the threaded DIN (M4) cable plugs.
