Application
This publication explains how and where to install a wiring diagram holder
when a centralized location is preferred for Bulletin 2100 and 2400 wiring
diagrams.

Installing the Wiring
Diagram Holder
1. The centralized wiring diagram holder should be located on the inside
of a bottom wireway cover, in any convenient section. Determine which
section you want to locate the centralized wiring diagram holder.
NOTE: If you motor control center has bottom fed incoming cables do
not locate the centralized wiring diagram holder in the incoming line
section.
2. Unscrew the two captive screws on the bottom wireway cover of the
selected section. Remove the wireway cover.
3. Remove the backing paper from the wireway label. Position the wireway
label, as shown in Figure 1, on the outside (front) of the wireway cover.
4. Remove the backing paper from the centralized wiring diagram holder.
position the holder, as shown in Figure 2, on the inside (back) of the
wireway cover. Push firmly, so the adhesive sticks to the wireway cover.
5. Place the wiring diagrams, shipped with the units, in the centralized
wiring diagram holder. It is not necessary to save duplication copies of
the same wiring diagram.
6. Replace the bottom wireway cover. Torque the screws to 10lb/in
(1.13N/m).
