• Please expect at least eight full hours of training time. The objectives for the
eight hours of training time are listed under A4.0 and B2.0 of this document.
The training sessions have been divided into two four-hour sessions to
minimize the impact on your daily business activities and to improve the
material retention level for the trainees. If these objectives are met before the
end of eight hours, the remaining training agenda may be discussed with the
FSE. The exception to this is when one day of installation and training is
purchased.
• Please ensure your staff to be trained (at least one person) will be available
for at least eight full hours of uninterrupted training. The timing of this
should be established in advance with our FSE. The uninterrupted basis is
very important. Interruptions can seriously compromise the effectiveness of
the training and therefore, compromise your ability to use the system
correctly and fully.
• If the installation site is not ready at the time of scheduled install, the
installation will be rescheduled. Lost time due to the site not being ready is
not included in the contract price.
