Turns on to energize pump motor 1 start control relay CR1.

Turns on to energize pump motor 1 high- pressure solenoid SOL1.

Turns on to energize water inlet solenoid SOL4 that allows water flow into
the heat exchanger for cooling hydraulic fluid.
