Perform the following after initial purchase and operation of the MK-5000.
initial Maintenance
(A)
Change engine oil after first
month or first 20 operating
hours. (See Engine Oil Change)
(B)
Check and adjust the Blade
Shaft Belt and Jack Shaft belt
tension following first 48 hours of
operation. (See Belt Inspection)
WarNiNG Turn engine off before servicing saw.
The following should be performed monthly. Items should be lubricated as directed.
Monthly Maintenance
(A)
Remove and clean Diamond
Blade Outer Flange and
Retaining Bolt.
(B)
Verify all Engine Mounting
Bolts are tight.
(C)
Verify engine Adjustment
Straps are tight.
