Changing magnification (zooming)
All stereomicroscopes of the S series
allow a continuous magnification
change. The magnification changer can be
operated with the left and the right hand. The
image scale is shown on the right drive knob.
The basis for the calculation of the total
magnification and the field of view can
be found on page 26.
Changing magnification
1. Look into the eyepieces.
2. Focus on the object (see page 16).
3. Rotate the magnification changer until the
desired magnification is configured.
