9 Menu functions and symbols
9.1 File
New
When this function is called up, the User List Assistant will be started and a
new user list will be set up.
Change user list
An existing user list is declared as the active list.
Export as RTF
text
The current user list can be saved as an RTF file. The precise contents are
determined by the active line in the navigation tree. For instance, a separate
RTF file can be created for a specific device or for a specific user. The RTF file
can then be edited in programs such as Microsoft Word.
The contents of the RTF file can also be seen in the dialog window.
When you have called up the function, the selection of what is to be printed
appears first. Printing starts when the selection has been concluded.
Print preview
The printed result is displayed on the screen. You can let several pages be
displayed, and alter the size of the pages on the screen.
Printer
setup
Here you can make alterations to the settings for your printer. When the
program is started, the standard printer for Windows will always be set as the
active printer.
Default settings
Here you can make alterations to the default settings for the program. The
alterations will only take effect after a fresh start of the PC Security Manager
software.
Exit
The PC Security Manager software will now be closed.
9.2 Edit
Edit, change
Depending on the current setting on the navigation tree, the selected entry can
be changed by calling up this function. It has the same effect as a double-click
with the left mouse button on an entry in the dialog window.
Remove
The active entry in the navigation tree is deleted from the user list.
