4 User List Assistant
After a new installation, the User List Assistant will be started automatically
when the software starts up for the first time. An entry form appears, in which
you can enter a description and the name of the author (this is normally the
administrator).
You will see these details again later, when editing the user list.
4.1 Password rules
The password rules are defined with the help of the dialog. They apply for all
users of the user list, both on the paperless recorder and in the PC programs.

The password rules are applied for all users, including the
administrator. So, while setting the parameters, administrators
must take care that they do not block their own access to the user
list.
