7 Data transfer to device
TCP/IP PORT The following parameters must be selected.
Analog modem /
ISDN The following parameters must be selected.
IP address /
HOST name xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
(Example: 10.11.2.100
or Hall1-Furnace1) Enter the IP address of
your PC. If you enter the
name, the IP address
can be determined by
clicking on the button
“Convert HOST name to
IP address”.
Port number,
port name 502 The port used for
communication.
Communication
protocol Modbus TCP/IP,
Modbus protocol Set the
Modbus TCP/IP
here.
Device address 1 — 255 Device address for the
Modbus protocol.
The parameter is not
required for Modbus
TCP/IP.
Telephone number Enter the telephone
number for connection
to the required device.
Connect via Select the modem that
is to be used to make
the connection.

Device address 1 — 255 Device address for the
Modbus protocol.
The address must
match the device
address that was set on
