Per chiamare direttamente da memoria sen-
za comporre il codice basta far scorrere la
memoria, visualizzare il codice desiderato e
premere il tasto di chiamata da memoria.
Per cancellare una chiamata memorizzata
basta far scorrere la memoria, visualizzare il
codice desiderato e premere il tasto di can-
cellazione da memoria ; oppure è sufficiente
chiamare il derivato ed automaticamente il
suo codice viene cancellato dalla memoria.
• chiamata da derivato verso il centrali-
no con centralino occupato
Sul display appare il numero dell’utente
chiamante e viene aggiornato il numero
di chiamate memorizzate.
Il centralinista ha un tono di avviso di
chiamata che lo avverte della memoriz-
zazione di una nuova chiamata.
Se l’utente era già stato precedentemen-
te memorizzato, si ha soltanto la genera-
zione del tono di avviso di chiamata.

con montante libero.
Il centralinista digita il codice del deriva-
to da chiamare seguito dal tasto
.
Si ode un tono di conferma e si entra in
conversazione con il derivato.
È possibile terminare la conversazione:
per fine tempo di conversazione oppure
premendo il tasto ”C” sulla tastiera del
centralino
• chiamata da centralino verso derivato
con montante occupato.
Il centralinista digita il codice del deriva-
to da chiamare seguito dal tasto
.
Essendo il montante occupato compare
la scritta OCC. e si ode un tono di occu-
pato
• chiamata diretta dal posto esterno
principale verso centralino libero
Da un modulo di chiamata si chiama il
centralino con il numero diretto 9999.
Se il centralinista non vuole servire la
chiamata, deve annullare la chiamata
premendo il tasto ”C”.
Se il centralinista non fa nessuna di
queste operazioni, il centralino art.
1997/6D si riposiziona in condizioni nor-
mali dopo circa 4 minuti.

sement d'appel est générée.

mation et entrée dans la conversation
avec l'usager. La conversation pourra être
coupée: parce que le temps de conversa-
tion s'est achevé, ou bien en appuyant sur
la touche”C” sur le clavier du standard.

Le montant étant occupé, l'inscription
OCC s'affiche et une tonalité d'occupé
est déclenchée.

A partir d'un module d'appel on appelle le
standard avec le numéro direct 9999.
Si le standardiste ne désire pas répon-
dre à l'appel, il doit annuler l'appel en
appuyant sur la touche "C".
Si le standardiste n'exécute aucune de
ces opérations, le standard art.
1997/6D se positionne de nouveau
dans des conditions normales, après
environ 4 minutes.

Benutzer bereits vorher gespeichert worden, so
erfolgt nur das Rufanzeige-Signal.
• Ruf von der Portiervermittlung zur Innen-
station bei freiem Leitungsstrang
Der Portier gibt den Code der zu rufenden
Innenstation ein, gefolgt von der Glocken-
Taste
. Ein Bestätigungston wird hörbar
und die Verbindung mit der Innenstation wird
hergestellt. Es ist möglich, das Gespräch zu
beenden: bei Ende der Gesprächszeit, oder
durch Betätigen der Taste "C" auf der
Tastatur der Portiervermittlung.
• Ruf von der Portiervermittlung zur Innen-
station bei besetztem Leitungsstrang Der
Portier gibt den Code der zu rufenden
Innenstation ein, gefolgt von der Glocken-
Taste
. Da der Leitungsstrang besetzt
ist, erscheint die Schrift BES, und das
Besetztzeichen wird hörbar.
• Direkter Ruf von der Hauptaussensta-
tion zur freien Portiervermittlung.
Von einem Ruf-Modul wird die
Portiervermittlung durch die direkte
Nummer 9999 gerufen. Will der Portier
den Ruf nicht beantworten, so muss er
den Ruf durch Drücken der Taste "C"
annullieren.
Führt der Portier keine dieser Operation
aus, so kehrt die Portiervermittlung
Art. 1997/6D nach zirka 4 Minuten in den
Normalzustand zurück.
