Add guests

You can add guests to your meeting in calendar or from the Chromebox for meetings unit Your guests
will receive an email with a link to join your meeting. As long as they have a Google account, they will
be able to join the meeting by clicking Join video call.

Add guests in calendar

1. Open or create a meeting with a video call in

Google Calendar.

2. In the Add: Guests section on the right side of

the page, add the guest’s email address.

3. Finish adding guests and then press Save to

send invitations to your guests with a link to the

video call.

Add guests from a Chromebox for meetings

1. Once you have joined the meeting

on your Chromebox, find the row of
icons at the top of your screen.

2. Using the arrow keys, click the

icon to add new guests.

3. Enter the user’s email address, click

Enter, and then hit the Invite
button to send an email with the link
to your guests.

Leave a video call

From a Chromebox for meetings room

Press the

icon on the remote or speaker.

From your laptop or mobile device

Click the

button or close the browser tab or window.
