7. After you book your room, click Add video call. (You can
name your video call anything you want, but shorter is
better!)
8. Click Save to send your guests an invitation with a link to
the video call.
Join a video call
You can join a video call from a room with a Chromebox for meetings or from your laptop or desktop by
clicking the link to the video call in your email or calendar. Or just type
in your browser
and enter the name of the video call.
Join a scheduled video call
From a room with a Chromebox
1. At the time of your scheduled
meeting, go to the Chromebox
for meetings room that you
booked in your calendar.
2. Using the directional pad on the
unit’s remote, choose your
meeting from the list under
Calendar.
3. Press the select button to start
the meeting.
From your computer or mobile device
1. Click the link to the video call in the meeting invite
enter the name of the video call and click Join.
Join an unscheduled video call
From a room with a Chromebox
1. Find an available Chromebox for
meetings room.
2. Using the keyboard on the unit’s
remote, type the name of the
video call.
3. Press the select button to start
the meeting.
