Boom Joystick
The boom joystick (1) controls boom mode and boom and attachment functions.
Boom Mode
Boom mode is controlled by the left button (2).
• Depress button to switch between standard and AccuPlace modes.
Boom Functions - Standard Mode
With machine in standard mode, the joystick functions as a conventional telehandler.
• Move the joystick back to lift boom; move joystick forward to lower boom; move
joystick right to extend boom; move joystick left to retract boom.
• The speed of boom functions depends upon the amount of joystick travel in the
corresponding direction. Increasing engine speed will also increase function
speed.
• For two simultaneous boom functions, move the joystick between quadrants. For
example; moving the joystick forward and to the left will lower and retract boom
simultaneously.
