Inspection and Maintenance Codes:
1. Check for proper and secure installation
2. No gouges, excessive wear, or dents showing
3. Visually inspect for excessive wear, damage, cracks, or
distortion
4. Check for cracked or broken welds
5. Check area is clean and free of debris
6. Check for proper adjustment
7. Check proper operation
8. Check returns to neutral or "off" position when released
9. Check for signs of leakage
10. Check for wear and/or proper routing
