5.2 Installation of Drive Arms and Platform

The

SUSPENSION ARM KIT

included in your shipment allows you to install a platform

in the bath. The kit includes a set of four each

DRIVE ARMS

KNOBS

LOCKWASHERS

and

PLATFORM SCREWS

. The

DRIVE ARMS

attach to the

SUSPENSION ARM

and are secured by a

KNOB

and

LOCKWASHER

(see Figure 6

below). The platform rests on the

DRIVE ARMS

inside the bath and is secured by the

PLATFORM SCREWS

. The

DRIVE ARMS

and

PLATFORM

can be installed separately

or as an assembly.

When installing the

DRIVE ARMS

and/or

PLATFORM

, ensure that each

DRIVE ARM

perpendicular to the

SUSPENSION ARM

. The

DRIVE ARMS

can be adjusted or

removed by loosening the

KNOBS

that hold the arms in place. Ensure that each

KNOB

LOCKWASHER

and

DRIVE ARM

is secured before installing a

PLATFORM

Place a

PLATFORM

on top of the

DRIVE ARMS

and align the holes in the

PLATFORM

with the platform screw locations (see Figure 7) on the

DRIVE ARMS

. Install the

PLATFORM SCREWS

and secure the

PLATFORM

in place as shown in Figure 8.
