Step 4- Remove pins from side rail and fold down until rail guide is released (as the
pictures above show)
Step 5 - Temporary pin outside rail in the upper ward position
Step 6 - Fold down extension deck rail to the platform
floor
Step 7 - Repeat steps 4-6 for other side rail
Step 8 - Once extension deck rails are folded to platform
floor, Remove temporary pins to fold warning sticker side
rail down to platform floor
Step 9 – Push the two front rails to the side
Step 10 – Remove temporary pins from side rail and fold side down to platform
floor
Step 11- Wrap the safety chain around the rails to lock rails all together
PLATFORM
Platform size is 48” (1220 mm) x 64” (1625 mm)
[48” (1220 mm) x 94” (2390 mm) with deck
extended], which allows room for a worker and
his equipment.
Platform weight capability is 500 lb (227 kg).
Maximum capacity is two people in the platform
or 500 lb (227 kg) total weight.
If unit has extension deck, weight capacity is 250 lb (114 kg) main deck, 250 lb
(114 kg) on the extension deck. Do not exceed the maximum platform capacity
or the maximum capacity of the platform extension.
OUTRIGGER USE
All four outriggers are to be deployed and
locked when unit is in use.
The machine will not operate unless
outriggers are deployed, the machine is
level and the outrigger pads are in contact
with a firm surface.
Machines are fitted with outrigger
proximity and pressure switches.
