2. Loosen the 2 – 13mm Transfer Case Skid bolts to slide the mount second from the front under.
This will aid in holding the step while it is marked for drilling the 4 holes required.
3. With the Step in place and the 2 – 13mm bolts tightened on the step. Mark the 3 holes for the rear
most mount and the one upper side hole on the mount just forward of it. (This will be slightly
different for the Passenger side, where the second mount just sits to the frame)
4. Remove the steps, center punch the marked holes and drill using the ½” bit.
5. Attach the step again loosely, this time using all of the supplied hardware in the locations as listed
in the pictures above.
