Part # 99210-2
Installation (To XRC10HD Winch)
1.
Determine the location you want to mount your tank. Use the 4 mounting holes on the base
of the tank as a template to mark the holes. Once holes are marked set tank to the side and
drill holes. NOTE: Be sure to check for obstructions or hazards before drilling.
2.
Remove the port plug on the back of the winch (labeled air tank) and install the 90 degree
“L” fitting.
3.
Install one of the 10mm push-in fittings on the end of the “L” fitting.
4.
Install a 10mm push-in fitting into each end of the tank.
5.
Determine the best route to run the 10mm hose from the back of the winch to one end of
the tank. Once decided, push one end of the hose into the fitting on the “L” fitting and run it
to the end of the tank. (Cut to the appropriate length) When running hose make sure it does
not come in to contact with any sharp, moving or extreme hot surfaces.
6.
Insert the remaining 10mm hose into the opposite end of the tank and route it to your
desired location to be able to use and connect to for future use.
7.
Determine the best location that you want for the gauge. (under dash, in the engine
compartment, on the tank, behind the bumper, ect…) Once you have determined your
location, install the 4mm female push in fitting on the back of the gauge, then mount
gauge and bracket using the two sheet metal screws included.
8.
Install the 4mm Male push in fitting to one of the middle ports on the tank. Then run the
4mm hose from the tank to the gauge.
9.
Install drain plug into the bottom port on the tank. Note: It is recommended to drain the
tank monthly.
10.
Installation is now complete.
