Easy Install Billet Grille (Part # 878063)

NOTE: Carefully read entire instructions thoroughly before
attempting to install this part.

1 Billet Grille (4 pieces) - Phillips Screw Driver
16 M4 x 35mm Phillips Screws - 9/32” Wrench
16 M4 Lock Nuts
16 Metal Plates (60mm)
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Check components received with components listed above.
2. Open and lift hood. Position Billet Grille over factory grille opening (Figure 1).
NOTE : During shipping product might loose its convex shape. In order to get a proper fit, product
might need to be re-shaped slightly by bending it to regain its convex shape. Be careful not to
damage the Billet Grille when bending.

3. Hold Metal Plate behind factory grille shell and insert Phillips Screw (from the front) through the Billet
Grille hole and Metal Plate, secure it with Lock Nut provided (Figure 2 & 3). Repeat this step for the
other sections of the Billet Grille.
