Installation Instructions
Easy Install Billet Grille (Part # 869000)
1997-2006 Jeep Wrangler
NOTE: Carefully read entire instructions thoroughly before
attempting to install this part.
TOOLS REQUIRED
-- Phillips Screw Driver
-- 4mm wrench
INCLUDED COMPONENTS
1 – Billet Grille (7 pieces)
21 – Metal Brackets
21 – M4 x20mm Phillips Screws
21 – M4 Flange Nuts

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Inspect product and check components with items listed above.
2. Pop Hood. Position the lower Billet Grille onto grille shell cavity (Figure 2).

3. Loosely attach the Billet Grille by holding the Metal Brackets behind factory grille shell and inserting the Phillips
Screws (from the front) through the Billet Grille holes and Metal Brackets, secure them with Flange Nuts
provided (Figure 3).

4. Repeat Steps 4 and 5 for top section of Billet Grille.
5. Once the Billet Grilles are loosely attached, center them and tighten all Phillips Screws at the same rate.
