NOTE: Please read this information before installing. Check components received with components listed
above.
NO DRILLING REQUIRED for installation of these Sure-Step side bars. To obtain correct installation, we
recommend you to follow these step by step installation instructions carefully. Please take care when

Step One: Locate the hardware kit and check contents with the hardware list below.

6 901106 8mm x 25mm hex head bolt, zinc plated GR5
12 901179 8mm flat washer, zinc plated
6 901180 8mm lock nut, zinc plated
12 901105 10mm-1.25 x 30mm hex head bolt, zinc plated GR8.8
12 901140 10mm flat washer, zinc plated
12 901141 10mm split lock washer, zinc plated
3 000000-LT support bracket, left side-black
3 000000-RT support bracket, right side-black
Step Two: Locate the driver side bar, three left side brackets, six 10mm hex bolts, six 10mm flat washers,
and six 10mm lock nuts. Using the hardware listed in this step, secure the brackets to the side bar
as shown in the photo below. Do not fully tighten hardware at this time.
Step Three: Locate three 8mm hex head bolts, six 8mm flat washers, and three 8mm split lock nuts. Using the
hardware listed in this step secure the brackets to the side of the frame as shown in photo below.
Fully tighten hardware at this time.
