Creating Users in the Accounts Pane of System Preferences
The Accounts pane of System Preferences contains all that you need to create and
manage local groups and users.
To open the Accounts pane of System Preferences:
Do one of the following:

Choose Apple menu > System Preferences. Â
Click the System Preferences icon in the Dock. Â
In the Systems Preferences window that appears, click the Accounts button in the 2
System category.
Click Accounts to open
the Accounts pane.
