In the editing area, the name of the item is shown at the top.
The five boxes underneath the editing area are tools you can
use to edit the picture. To use a tool, tap it and then draw or
tap in the editing area.

The paintbrush lets you turn dots black.

m

The line, rectangle, and oval let you create straight lines,
rectangles, and ovals. (Note: You can create rectangles and
ovals by dragging the pen down and to the right.)

The eraser lets you turn dots white.

m

The Fill button turns the entire area white, black, or gray.

m

The Shift button moves the entire picture in the direction
you specify.

m

To go back to the original picture, tap the Original button.

m

To change to the new picture, tap Accept.

Note:

Pictures you create are stored in your Newton

device’s internal memory. If you use your copy of One Tap
or the One Tap Editor on another Newton device, your
pictures will not appear.

Using the One Tap bar

To see the One Tap bar, tap One Tap in the Extras Drawer.

To use an item, tap its picture in the bar.
