Adding an item to the Scrapbook

1

Select the item by holding the pen down until the
highlighting mark appears, then drawing the highlighting
mark over or around the item.

For more information about selecting items, see the
documentation that came with your Newton device.

2

Hold the pen down inside the selected item and move it to
the edge of the screen.

The item shrinks and “sticks” to the edge of the screen.

To move a copy of the item, tap twice, holding the pen
down on the second tap, then move the item.

3

Tap Scrapbook (in the Extras Drawer) to go to the
Scrapbook.

4

If you wish, tap New to create a new page in the Scrapbook.

5

Move the item from the edge of the screen into the
Scrapbook.

Note:

If you have trouble positioning the item because it is

larger than the Scrapbook page, you can enlarge the page
using the collapse/expand button.
