Soup Walker lets you look at every entry in every soup
(storage area) on your Newton device. You can delete soups
or and individual entries. Soup Walker will not let you delete
information that your Newton device needs to operate.
To move through the list of soups, tap the arrows ˛ at the
bottom of the screen.
To remove an entire soup, tap Delete Soup. (Do not delete a
soup unless you have removed the application it belongs to
and don’t plan to use the application again.)
To see information about the selected soup, tap Soup Info.
To move through the entries in a soup, tap the right and left
arrows below the entry area or tap the gray bar.
To remove the soup entry that’s displayed on the screen, tap
Delete Entry. (Do not delete an entry unless you have no
further use for that information.)
Important
Soup Walker is intended for advanced users
who understand how the Newton device stores information.
If you aren’t familiar with soups, you should use the
automatic checks instead, to avoid losing information you
may need.
