AXD EFI Tools Tests
These tests are available if your Xserve is running AXD EFI tools.
Boot ROM Tests
Ethernet Controller Tests
Fan Tests
Memory (ECC) % Tests for memory ECC errors. This test
clears the error count, so it should be
run first (before running any other
memory tests).
