Section 5-D High Flow Suction Tube
INSTALLING THE HIGH FLOW SUCTION TUBE, C ont’d.
NOTE: The fuel tank used for the pictures is an example only and may not be exactly the same
as your tank.
IMPORTANT: Select a location for the suction tube that has adequate clearance
below the bed. Also consider that under hard acceleration, fuel will migrate
toward the back of the fuel tank.
5D-1. Remove the collection basket.

5D-2. Drill a 1-1/8” hole at the selected location in the fuel tank for the suction tube. Hold
a container below the drill point to catch debris.
