ENERAL INFORMATION
The BNC 1120
1pS Time Interval Counter measures time interval, frequency and events.
The single-shot resolution and low jitter of the instrument make it the ideal for many test and
measure application.
Time intervals are measured with 1 ps resolution. Frequency and events are measured up to
10 MHz
Trigger level and slope are adjustable on each input. The instrument uses a linear interpolation
technique and an internal calibration to obtain very high accuracy.
All the BNC 1120 parameters may be local controlled (over the front panel keys and LCD
display) and remote controlled via an Ethernet interface.
