Set or query the response format.

ASC set the format to simple ascii
XML set the format to XML
Example:

JITTER? PP|RMS

Description:
Query the jitter measurement in picosecond.
Query
Parameter:
PP return the peak to peak jitter of the samples
RMS return the RMS jitter of the samples
