Part Ten: Front Bumper Trimming and Bed Modifications-
71) Cut out the 3 supplied bumper trimming templates (last pages of instruction sheets). Match lines, tape
together and attach to edge of bumper as shown (photo 51). Trim bumper with a saw. Sand and paint cut
edge. Install inner fender brackets to relocate inner fenders forward to compensate for bumper trimming
(photo 51a).
72) The rear wheels will need to be cut open for clearance. We do not include templates for this because
cuts will vary depending on the tire size used. Below, are before and after photos showing a cut to clear
40" tires. We recommend this operation be done by a professional body shop.
